Life in a Day – submit your videos on 24-7 for experimental YouTube project

YouTube has launched an experimental project called Life in a Day for which users all over the world can submit videos shot on the 24th of July  From these videos, some many would be selected and then edited into a movie which will then be showcased at the Sundance festival next year.

According to the official announcement on the ‘Life in a Day’ website, “Life In A Day is a historic global experiment to create a user-generated feature film shot in a single day.On July 24, you have 24 hours to capture a glimpse of your life on camera. The most compelling and distinctive footage will be edited into a feature film, produced by Ridley Scott and directed by Kevin Macdonald.”

So now would be a good time to pick up your video cameras and shoot some thing for this brilliant, innovative and wonderful concept:)
